The fourth trimester gets a lot of attention these days — there's support for postpartum recovery, feeding, mental health, meal trains, you name it. But sleep is often the piece that gets left out, even though it's one of the most crucial. When you're that deep in sleep deprivation, having one dedicated person to turn to — someone who knows your baby and can guide you through the process in real time — makes an enormous difference. That's the gap I started Driftwood Sleep Co. to fill.
I'm a mom of two successful sleepers myself, and I wanted to help other families do what I've done. It wasn't magic — it was the process: the right preparation, a thoughtful plan, and active support through the newborn stage. That's what got my own babies sleeping through the night, and it's what I now help other families build for themselves.
My approach is proactive, hands-on, and rooted in real sleep science. We start in pregnancy, while you still have the time and headspace to actually prepare, and I stay with you all the way through your baby's first 12 weeks — not a one-time consultation, but ongoing, in-person support through the whole newborn stretch. By the time we wrap up, you don't just have a plan on paper. You have a successful sleeper.
I'd welcome the opportunity to support you on your sleep journey. Success is within reach — and I'd love to help you get there.
